I worked with the Indian Motorcycle Co to produce seasonal collections of wearables and merchandising.

The client sought innovative and original designs for both their spring/summer and autumn/winter collections, aiming to blend classic and contemporary styles. Their primary goals were to boost sales among their loyal customer base and attract new customers, particularly targeting younger demographics interested in vintage and high-quality motorcycle apparel.

To maintain a balance between attracting new customers and appealing to loyal ones, I crafted two distinct lines for each season:
1. Spring/Summer Line: Leveraging elements of Indian’s rich racing heritage, I incorporated iconic imagery and vintage aesthetics. This line aimed to resonate deeply with existing customers who cherish the brand’s storied past.
2. Autumn/Winter Line: Inspired by fictional motorcycle clubs, this line created a sense of adventure and camaraderie. The contemporary and imaginative designs were crafted to captivate new customers looking for unique and stylish apparel.
In addition to the apparel designs, I provided original design work for packaging and marketing to ensure cohesive branding and enhance the overall customer experience.

Both lines sold briskly, demonstrating strong market appeal and contributing to a significant increase in sales. The collections were widely available throughout Japan, including Indian’s flagship store in Harajuku and the Western Frontier store inside Tokyo Disneyland. Positive customer feedback highlighted the innovative designs and quality, further solidifying Indian’s brand presence in the market.
